In life, we go under both good and bad times. Sometimes we come across something when we don’t understand if they are the good times or the bad times. Just like the Yin and Yang circle, there is always good in bad and bad in good.
Those good times we spend in our life become memories. And talking about memories, the good times become the best of memories in our lives that we cherish, and realize in the later stages of our lives.
Those are the good memories we live for. Those are the memories we share with our family and friends in a gathering, or sometimes tell our grandchildren about. Those great memories will always be saved deep down in our hearts.
But what about the bad memories? They never get lost. The bad memories always come back to haunt us. They come back to tell us how bad of a person we were, how terrible of things we have gone through in our lives. Is it so?
Maybe we just had a wrong viewpoint to look at these worst of memories. Perhaps these memories aren’t as bad as it seems. Well, the good memories give us reasons to cheer for, but the bad memories give precious life lessons.
They teach us not to regret, instead of to learn what had gone wrong in those situations. This way, you will not be repeating the same mistake in such situations in your life.
