Dalai Lama in an interview said that the world belongs to no one and all, but the world is meant for humanity and it belongs to the people in general and not just the leaders.
Of course, a leader or governor is important but at the same time, it is essential to understand that you cannot thrive without the common men. It is only the common men who make this world.
Politicians may have been given the upper hand in deciding the welfare of the citizens of the country, but they without these common men could have done nothing.
Whether it is a celebrity or a politician, it is only the ones like you and me who build them. Once they achieve success, they often tend to forget our contribution towards their success but a real man will always remain thankful for it.
The world doesn’t belong to leaders. It is well said to justify the current scenario that is going on around us. We often prefer to keep looking at the leaders of our nation thinking that they would be driving us.
However, it is essential to understand that the nation belongs to the common people. It is none other than us who have given them the chance to show us a direction worth their success. It is ‘we’ who makes them. It is indeed very sad to say that these leaders and politicians often tend to forget this fact.
They are generally so short-sighted that they only keep themselves engaged in the thoughts of their own benefits. They look around just for the next vote and election. Meanwhile, they overlook the fact that once they devote themselves for the sake of the common people of the nation, things will automatically fall in their places without them being worried about the next vote ticket.
The world is made by the general people, humanity. A true leader will value the common men and look forward to do something for their betterment without staring at their own selfish needs and wishes.
