The world would have been a happier place if every person could listen to their heart and live their life as they want. There would have been people who are more successful in their life. Living your life in your own way is not that easy as it sounds.
Some people think that real success is achieved when you have become popular, wealthy, famous, etc. but the truth is if your heart is not happy with whatever you are doing in life then according to me you are not successful.
However, here living your life in your way does not mean doing the wrong things in life or doing something that could affect others. Some people do the wrong things in life like fraud, robbery, crimes, and other bad things to earn money and think they have succeeded in life. This is also not a success.
