How often do you express your gratitude towards things that you’re actually thankful for? It is human nature to cry over things they don’t have rather than to express gratitude for what they have. They tend to forget the importance or value of the things available to them.
People remember the bad things someone did to them and forget all the good that happened to them because of that person. They start accusing and blaming the person for everything. This is where all the problem lies. This is what you need to change.
You need to break the chain of hatred and start a trend of gratitude. Start looking at everything positively. Like you express your anger immediately, you should also express yourself without much thinking whether you should or not.
Try replacing “Sorry” with “Thank you”. For example, instead of saying “Sorry for being late”, try saying “Thank you for waiting for me”. Such small things will eventually develop a calm and positive attitude in you. Also, let people know what you appreciate about them. Say thank you for whatever they do for you!
